How do I schedule an appointment?
- Click “Schedule Appointment” – it’s in the upper right-hand corner of this screen – and scroll down and choose an available appointment time slot that works for YOU.
- Enter requested information and sign the consent form.
- Check your email; you’ll receive a confirmation email from MultiMed360. A few minutes before your appointment time, click the link from Zoom.US to connect with your provider.
For a better experience, download Chrome or FireFox – the platform works a little better on those platforms – download Zoom, and don’t forget to “unmute” your microphone so your provider can hear you.
What happens after my appointment is scheduled?
You will receive a confirmation email with the link to your secure video conference.
If this is your first appointment with MultiMed360, you will be requested to complete the medical forms in our secure portal. We need these forms completed before starting our session. Instructions will be provided in your email.

Why do I have to pay in advance?
Your payment will confirm your appointment. This will also save delays when delivering the service to you.
Who processes my online payment?
Your payment is processed via the recognized Authorize.net platform. All your payments are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel me session?
Definitely, so long as it is in the agreed time frame. We permit any cancellation up to six hours before the meeting.
We understand there could be strong reasons to cancel an appointment within the six hours. If you really need to cancel, please contact us at your earliest opportunity. This is not a guarantee of reimbursement. We consider case by case.
